Leader Sub-Committee

The Leader Sub-Committee (LSC) is also part of the EN RD structure and, like the Co-ordination Committee its main tasks are set out in Art. 4 of the Commission Decision 2008/168/EC.

The Leader Sub-Committee contributes to the work of the Co-ordination Committee, and advises the European Committee on the annual work programme of the EN RD particularly in respect of the Leader axis. This means that it offers support to the European Commission in the implementation and monitoring of transnational cooperation projects, and it also reports regularly to the Co-ordination Committee about its activities.
