Introduction to the UK NRN

In the UK

The UK National Rural Network (UK NRN) has been set up to help support the delivery of the 4 rural development programmes in the United Kingdom. It links the individual networks of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales enabling practice and expertise to be shared and exchanged within the 4 UK regions.

In Europe

The UK NRN represents the UK at a European level, plugging into the activities and information provided by the European Network for Rural Development (EN RD). The EN RD connects the individual country networks of all Member States, enabling those involved in rural development policy design, programme management and delivery across Europe to share their ideas, practice and expertise.
