Guide for the implementation of the measure cooperation under the leader axis of Rural Development programmes 2007-2013

This guide has been written with the main aim to help Member States authorities and local action groups to implement the cooperation measure under the Rural Development programmes (Articles 63 b and 65 of Regulation (EC) N°1698/2005).
